Situation Update

As of Friday, June 12, 2020 11:30 AM EDT

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve in our community and across the country, VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System (Bath and Canandaigua VA Medical Centers) is taking additional steps to limit the spread of this virus or other respiratory illnesses.

The CDC and VA are committed to reducing the spread of the flu and COVID-19. If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath – please stay home and contact your primary care provider. Tell them about how you are feeling and any recent travel you or members of your household have taken. They will be able to discuss your appointment options and answer any questions you may have.

VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System has temporarily suspended visiting hours for all patients and Community Living Center residents at all its locations until further notice to protect the Veterans we are entrusted to care for.   Under special pre-arrangement, only hospice patients can have visitors, but under no circumstances will visitors under 18 years of age be allowed.

Please be advised that we are striving to work with families and loved ones on “virtual visiting” options.

Please be advised that access to Audiology Walk – in Service(s) has changed.

Due to the recommendation for social distancing, and to ensure your health and well-being, please contact one of the following numbers PRIOR to coming to an Audiology Walk-in clinic:
