Since the launch of VA’s My HealtheVet Web site, Veterans across upstate New York have been some of the fastest to register for the service. As of September more than 50,000 upstate  Veterans have signed up for this hi-tech health care portal. Almost 10,000 have opted in to use secure online messaging with their health care team. 

Taking charge of your health information with My HealtheVet can lead to more informed decisions on everyday wellness. You can track things like weight loss and lab test results. With an authenticated account, you can join the 27,000 upstate Veterans who are able to see VA appointments and order prescription refills online.

Then you can get even more out of My HealtheVet by stopping in to complete your in-person authentication at a VA facility.  It just takes a minute.
