FLU SHOTS FOR VETERANS

 

The Canandaigua VA Medical Center will provide flu shots to Veterans on Fridays from 9 -12 a.m. & 1- 3 p.m. Flu Shots will be available by appointment only. Veterans are asked to call their VA Primary Care Provider or the Specialty Care Clinic at 585-393-7293 to schedule an appointment.  The Flu Shot Clinic will be held in the Building 5 Auditorium.

The Canandaigua VA Medical Center is located at 400 Fort Hill Avenue Canandaigua, NY. 

Flu Shots will also be available by appointment only at the Rochester VA Outpatient Clinic:

• Tuesdays -   9 - 11 a.m.  & 1 - 3 pm
• Thursdays -  1 pm - 3pm
•  Fridays -      9 - 11 am  & 1- 3 pm

Please call your VA Primary Care Provider or the Rochester VA Outpatient at (585) 463-2757 to schedule a flu shot.

The Rochester VA Outpatient is located at 465 Westfall Road, Rochester, NY 14620.

Flu Shots are also available at scheduled primary care appointments.
