Flu Vaccine will be available to Veterans

 

The 2012 Canandaigua VA Veteran Health Education Fair is scheduled for Wednesday October 10th from 800 a.m. - 4p.m. in the Building # 5 Auditorium.  Educational information and subject matter experts regarding the following topics will be available:

• Advanced Directives
• Coumadin Education
• Dementia
• Medication Reconciliation
• MOVE program
• My HealthE Vet Program
• Nutrition
• Pain Management
• Smoking Cessation
• Suicide Prevention
• Women’s Health
• And much more!

Flu shots will be provided to Veterans currently enrolled in VA Health Care.
